Ongoing Projects

We are in the midst of residing some of the badly needed areas in the complex. Fortunately not all areas need repairs at this time, and we might be able to get a couple more years of the current siding product through out the complex. Our old siding is Masonite siding (which is just like pressed board) The new siding we are putting on the building, is Hardy Plank.

Well as you can see from the photos, we have started to remove some problem trees in the complex and also had to clean up a few trees that fell down in the recent windstorm. We had one fall on the neighbors house and on a car. Also the ivy is very ramp-id in our complex and killed one our trees.

Just a friendly reminder, do not use barbecue’s with briquettes. Propane Only!
