The Redwoods has joined forces with a new property manager from Northwest Condo Services! Unfortunately,
the arrangement with Sound Property wasn't working out because we have too much going on, so we had to move to a larger operation. Starting
September 1, 2008, Duane Hoff will be taking care of us. The board has been doing everything possible to ensure a smooth and clean transition.
The next board meeting will be on Wednesday, October 15th, at
Tully's in Bella Bottega, 6:30pm. We hope to see you there!

The Redwoods community consists of 70 condominium homes. 10-studio units at approximately 400 square feet, 4 vaulted ceiling/sunken living room 2-bedroom/1 bath units approximately 770 square feet, 24 1-bedroom/1-bath units approx 670 sq feet and 32 2-bedroom/1 bath approximately 840 square feet. The communities are governed under the Redwoods Homeowners Association.
The Redwoods HOA is made up of a minimum of 3, but not more than 9 directors. Elections are held once a year in the spring. Once a new board has been elected, the new board chooses its officers from among its new members. The term length is one year. If a director wishes to continue serving on the board, he or she must be re-elected each year.
